I used to be a ballerina. Now I powerlift. I took a big step on Thursday, deadlifting 315 pounds. That's three big wheels on each end of the bar. The first video is a collage of some of my dancing as a student. The second is the big lift.
I finish most workouts with a stretch and a played-out recollection of a dance variation. I have to say, since I gained the muscle, I can do the toe touches for the Russian solo better than ever. My vertical has gone up.
This is one of the other things I do. Thought I'd share. My youtube channel also has some of my musical compositions posted. Check those out too if you'd like. Ignore some of the silliness there, like Cooking with Kyle and a Typical Tuesday with Billy. Anyway, here goes, my powerlifting pursuits:
